Start with a 90-minute session designed for first-time clients. This longer appointment gives us time to land, listen, and begin gently. Returning clients can book 60-minute follow-ups as needed.
After booking, you’ll receive a short intake form along with a few gentle reflection prompts. These are simply invitations—to begin noticing your body’s rhythms and stories before we meet, and to arrive feeling supported and grounded.
In our time together, we’ll move slowly, following your body’s cues. Whether we explore breath, gentle movement, stillness, or conversation, everything we do is shaped by what feels right for you, in that moment.
